WHERE IS MY ORDER?

  • All orders will ship within 14 business days.

  • Please double check if one or more of your items are PREORDER. If an item in your order is preorder, we will ship your order once all of the items are in stock.

  • We are a small business, and we print all of our merchandise by hand in Southern New Jersey. We fulfill orders as fast as we can. If there is a delay for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

  • You will receive tracking information via the email provided during checkout when you shipping label is created. 

  • Bird Flower Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do once the package leaves our hands. If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

I NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN EMAIL

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for an email response. 

  • Check your spam or junk folders.

  • We check hello@birdflowerthreads.com M-F, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED 

  • We are so sorry! Please email us at hello@birdflowerthreads.com with a picture of the damage or other issue and your order number.

I RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM OR INCORRECT SIZE

  • Our apologies! Please email us at hello@birdflowerthreads.com with a picture of the incorrect item/size and your order number.

WHAT SHIRTS DO YOU USE?

  • We mainly use Comfort Colors and Bella + Canvas brands.  The specific shirt used for each design will be listed in the item description.  If the listed shirt is unavailable at the time of your order, we will contact you with alternative options prior to fulfilling your order.
